We can confirm that we will remain open and safe during the upcoming lockdown.
It has been lovely welcoming back so many of you at the practice.
Those of you who have visited us will have noticed that the “new normal” involves quite a few changes. These changes enable us to continue providing you with high quality dentistry while keeping you safe.
The following are some of the changes that we have introduced: new online/remote completion of your forms, online and telephone health checks, new disinfection protocols, enhanced personal protective equipment,sneeze screen at reception and a revised patient journey.
You will also notice new air purifiers in each surgery that have been developed specifically for the dental environment. These air purifiers clean the air through UVC technology and a five-stage filtration process.
The current protocols stipulate that we continue to operate a “closed door” policy. When visiting us the front door will be remaining locked for the foreseeable future. Please make us aware that you have arrived. Please bear with us if we can’t open the door for you straight away, as we may be helping someone else. We will attend to you as soon as we can.
