Christian, the principal of the practice, grew up in South Africa where he graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. His first year after qualification was dedicated to providing dental care for the rural underprivileged communities in North West Province. Since then he has been working in private practice in the south of England.
Christian has a special interest in implantology and cosmetic dentistry. In 2006 Christian completed the Certificate degree in Surgical and Prosthetic Implantology at the Eastman Postgraduate Dental College in London. In 2013 he successfully passed the Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice at the Eastman Dental Institute. Christian is an Invisalign provider and completed a Mastership in Biomimetic Dentistry in 2021.
In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with his family and friends and enjoys keeping fit through a variety of sports.
Dr. Anand Parekh

Anand qualified from the University of Birmingham and then went on to gain additional qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons. He has held two hospital posts in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery which increased his surgical experience considerably. Since then, Anand has mainly worked in private practice, gaining experience in many fields. He enjoys the variety of general practice, has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and is keen to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in modern dentistry.
In his spare time Anand enjoys spending time with his young family who keep him very busy.
Dr. Samantha Crone

Samantha graduated from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry, gaining a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree (BDS) and subsequently gaining Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MFDS RCS(Eng)) in 2002, following further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Samantha regularly attends training in the UK and overseas to update and maintain her dental knowledge and techniques.Over the years Samantha has, through her caring manner, helped many nervous patients regain their confidence in dentistry. In her spare time Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and exploring the Surrey countryside.
Dr Bhavin Pitamber

Periodontics and Implant Dentistry

Bhavin graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He subsequently embarked upon a 4-year post-graduate program, which culminated in a MSc in Clinical Periodontology. His clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal and peri-implant diseases and implant dentistry. He has undertaken extensive further training in Switzerland, Europe, the USA and South Africa and continues to attend conferences and congresses to keep abreast of concurrent and future trends and developments.
Bhavin is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, European Federation of Periodontology, and the British Society of Periodontology.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends.
Natalie is originally from the beautiful island of Madeira. She moved to England in 2005 and has made Guildford her new home. Natalie has worked at several dental centres in the past where she has gained a knowledge of dentistry. She enjoys working with people and contributing towards patients experiencing the very best service. In her own time Natalie enjoys meeting up with friends and visiting historical places, and is passionate about South American dance.
Leanne joined the practice at the end of 2013 as a dental nurse and was part of our reception team. More recently Leanne has moved into our practice administrator role. In her spare time Leanne enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and has recently completed a course in floristry.
Practice Manager & Dental Nurse
Sarah has been at the practice since 1986. She still has the same enthusiasm she had on the day she started and is always trying to make our patients feel welcome. In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and visiting the outdoors.
Lindsey was born in the Guildford area and worked in various retail jobs before joining the practice in 2001. What Lindsey enjoys most about working at Burneston dental is getting to know our lovely patients and the variety the job offers. In her spare time Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and has recently discovered her joy in gardening.

Victoria began her dental nursing career in 2005. Over the years Vici has attended a variety of courses including training to enable her to nurse for dental implant procedures. She is also a qualified micropigmentation and microblading technician and is looking to complete further training in beauty and aesthetics.
When Vicki is not working she enjoys spending time in the local countryside, and relaxing with her two young cats Ambrosia and Fabergé.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Asha is from the beautiful country of Nepal and moved to the UK in 2010. She can speak 3 languages; Nepali, Hindi and English.
Having worked in retail for more than 10years, Asha has decided to pursue a career in dental nursing. Asha has a very caring nature and is passionate about dentistry.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and cooking with her two daughters.
Aleksandra (Alex) Kowalczyk
Aleksandra worked as a dental nurse for 7 years before studying and then qualifying as a hygienist. She loves being able to deliver the highest standard of treatments to her patients but takes particular pride in making nervous patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit. Aleksandra very much enjoys travelling, but also finds great pleasure in the simple things in life: cooking, spending time with friends and family – and her two cats Cookie and Lucy.

Victoria studied at the Eastman Dental Hospital. She is very enthusiastic about improving oral health and prides herself in treating patients in a considerate and caring manner. Victoria ensures that her patients are relaxed, happy and comfortable during each stage of their hygiene treatment.
In her spare time Victoria enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her family.
