Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

 

  • Please let us know as soon as you can if you have to rearrange an appointment.
  • We require a minimum of two working days (48 hours) notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
  • A charge of £60 per half an hour of lost clinical time will apply if we do not have sufficient notice of cancellation/rescheduling or if the appointment is broken without notice. No appointments can be made until the failure to attend fee has been paid. Once payment has been made in full, further appointments can be booked.
  • Following a missed appointment or an appointment cancelled at short notice, a deposit may be requested to secure future appointments. The deposit will then be deducted from the next appointment charge. The deposit is non-refundable if the future appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice
  • Missed / short notice cancelled hygienist appointments will result in full payment upfront being required for any future bookings.
