We hope that you and your loved ones are well and keeping safe.

Further to our last email regarding COVID-19 dental services we would like to update you on this rapidly evolving situation.

Following the guidelines from the Chief Dental Officer of England we have stopped all routine dental procedures for the time being. This decision has been taken to keep both you and our team safe in these unprecedented times. We also acknowledge that we have a responsibility to minimise any potential spread of COVID-19 by adhering to the social distancing measures stressed by the government.

If you have an appointment with us in the upcoming days or weeks, then one of the team will be giving you a call to rebook the appointment.

But please be rest assured that we are still here for you. We are only a phone call away. We are operating a telephone triage system for any dental emergencies you may have. You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm on the practice phone number: 01483 573 630. Outside of these hours please contact us either via our contact form on our website or by emailing us at info@burnestondental.com. We will then respond to you as soon as we can.

Should you find that you are running out of dental supplies, please give us a call and we will see what we can do to help – we urge you to be particularly mindful of maintaining your oral health at this time.
