We have now implemented new Standard Operating Procedures in line with Government Guidance concerning your protection from Coronavirus cross infection.
You may be asked questions about your health or travel status if you are either at the practice or call us to make an appointment. We hope you understand that these are for the protection of yourself and other patients.
According to Government Guidance you are only advised to cancel your appointment if you fulfil the government case definitions for Coronavirus Infection which are:
- Travelled to high risk affected areas within the last 14 days.
- Been in close contact with someone with confirmed Coronavirus and have symptoms of cough, high fever and shortness of breath.
- Have been asked to self-isolate.
Please use the hand gel and soap readily available at the practice.
