• Deposits are sometimes requested to secure future appointments.
• The deposit will then be deducted from the next appointment charge.
• The deposit is non-refundable if the future appointment(s) is missed or cancelled/rescheduled at short notice. Please click here for our cancellation/missed appointment policy.
• Missed / short notice cancelled hygienist appointments will result in full payment upfront being required for any future bookings.
