Burneston Dental Guarantee

You will be eligible for our 3 year guarantee, if following completion of treatment:

1. Damage incurred is not caused by accident or neglect.
2. You attend one hygiene appointment every six months or more frequently if we consider this to be necessary and follow the maintenance program advised.
3. You attend for a general dental check-up once every 6 months.
4. Damage is not caused by bone disease, gum disease, dental decay or treatment carried out by another dentist.
5. You follow the post treatment advice given to you.
6. There is no outstanding balance on your account.
