For those who prefer to pay for dental visits as and when the need arises.
All patients new to the practice must be examined and undergo any necessary treatment on a
fee per item basis. As individual treatment plans are widely variable, a full estimated
cost will be provided following examination of your teeth and discussion with you.
Any changes to your treatment plan will be explained and a revised estimate produced.

| BURNESTON HOUSE DENTAL CARE PLAN |

£12.00 per month
Designed to encourage a preventative approach to dental care, our Care Plan is available to
existing patients of the practice.
Subscription to the Plan includes:
- Regular dental visits (2 per year) to provide:-
- Clinical examination
- X-Rays when necessary
- Scale and polish
- Preventative advice
- Assessment of emergencies and dental pain with any temporary treatment required, carried
out at the practice during normal surgery hours
- All treatment planning and estimates
- Substantial reduction of fees for further treatment, including additional periodontal
visits, fillings, extractions, crowns, etc.
- Any remedial work required due to failure of restorative work within 12 months of
placement.
The Plan can be extended for those who require extra help with their periodontal (gum) condition.
It can also be reduced, at the discretion of the dentist, for those who maintain a high
level of dental health.
Please note that the reduction in fees for those on the Plan does not apply to cosmetic
treatment which is not clinically necessary, or to the provision of implants.
