When you first visit the practice, you will be asked about your medical history and
if you receive any medication for any reason.
Please make a note of the names of any drugs you take regularly and tell us about them
whenever you attend the surgery.

| EMERGENCIES |

If you think you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice. We will be glad to arrange
an emergency appointment if required. Outside normal surgery hours existing patients may
follow the advice from our recorded message.
